Our on-site capability covers a broad range of heavy mobile equipment and field services, including excavator and shovel repairs, haul truck chassis welding, dozer and grader repairs, drill rig repairs and more. Yes. We provide experienced, site-ready labour across a wide range of trade disciplines including diesel fitters, boilermakers, fixed plant fitters, auto electricians, line borers, supervisors, planners, coordinators and project managers. All personnel are mine-ready and available for both short and long-term requirements.

Yes. EXS Services has a proven track record in end-to-end shutdown execution, covering planning, scheduling, workface coordination and on-site delivery across high-risk environments. Our shutdown experience spans complex CHPP structural, mechanical and piping scopes, consistently delivered on time, under budget and with zero harm outcomes.

Our Mackay workshop delivers a full range of engineered fabrication, component rebuilds and maintenance services. This includes: steel fabrication, hydraulic cylinder reseals and machining, line boring, certified structural weld repair, component blasting, painting and NDT testing, shaft and housing machining, electrical motor rewinds and complete machine rebuilds. The facility is equipped with 3 x 50 tonne cranes, 2 x 20 tonne cranes and up to 80 tonne crane capacity, alongside 3D scanning and drafting technology.

Our primary facility at 56–60 Len Shield Street, Paget QLD 4740 sits on a 5,509 m² concrete hardstand site. The workshop includes a 2,320 m² heavy machinery workshop, a dedicated component workshop, 800 m² of amenities and 200 m² of lined office space with a mezzanine floor. Crane capacity includes 3 x 50 tonne, 2 x 20 tonne and 1 x 10 tonne overhead cranes, with wide street access and a fully secure and fenced site.

Yes. EXS Services has hands-on experience in large-scale machine relocation projects, managing the full scope from site entry protocols and demobilisation through to transport, mobilisation at the destination, superstructure fitting, track assembly and hydraulic and electrical connections.

The EXS service exchange programme gives clients a practical alternative to purchasing brand new components. We supply remanufactured parts and components across most makes and models, reducing costs, cutting repair time and limiting downtime. Our team can match components to OEM specifications and provide dependable replacements when you need them most.

Yes. EXS provides comprehensive piping services both on-site and through our workshop, covering industrial piping design and fabrication, repairs and valve servicing, poly welding, pipe design and the installation and tie-in of associated process pipework. Our Fixed Plant and CHPP capability also includes dedicated piping scope for process plant environments.

Yes. Industrial tiling and wear solutions are part of both our on-site Fixed Plant and CHPP offering and our workshop services. We apply wear solutions to high-wear components and surfaces across processing and materials handling environments, including ROM chutes, liners and other structural components subject to significant abrasion.
